The couvent is truly elegant, beautifully decorated and filled with artworks. Our room was spacious, in a minimalist style, with a beautiful, large bathroom with free standing bathtub. Our breakfast was enjoyable, and the staff very friendly. Town was a short walk over the river, and we were a short drive from the famous Millau Viaduct (bridge). We wouldn’t hesitate to come back!!!

The pool area is fabulous and the service was very good. All the staff are very friendly. We stayed in a lodge which was fantastic, total glamping!

L’Arbre à Pain Hotel is situated in Altier, a mountainous, calm area, 7 km from Villefort Lake. The hotel rooms are equipped with a TV, bathroom, seating area and balcony. An amazing find. I was cycling the St Malo to Nice route (France en Velo) and Altier proved a perfect stop on the way. The owners and staff could not have been more friendly. My bike was safe and the room very generously proportioned. The food was amazing, sourcing local products while being great value. This was my favourite stop of the entire trip.

This place is wonderful, just what we we had looked for: authentic hotel, family managed and a very delicious kitchen. Pool area is super relaxing and we could even go for a swim mid April. Definitely want to come back to this beautiful place.

To begin with - this was an amazing experience! This farm is located in a beautiful place on the hill. The road to the place was quite steep, but ok. The hosts were very nice. The dinner and breakfast (offered for additional payment) were very authentic, the cheese was just amazing. The wifi worked good. There was parking We bought some sausages from their shop, they were also great. There also was a museum of "farm tools" open to every guest.
