Spotlessly clean room very comfortable bed and pillows. Townhouse is next to the main hotel but certainly worth the stay. Reception staff warm and welcoming. Calming feeling in lobby area with great space for quiet working. Bar staff a little scarce. Breakfast is a set menu, not a buffet style, which is great but took a while to get food assuming because all freshly cooked, which is fantastic but not if in a hurry. Allow plenty of time. Positives amazing hotel would highly recommend! Negatives hard to switch on shower and air conditioning needs instructions for remote. Not enough shampoo shower gel for 2 people sharing. All in all 10/10

The Spa Hotel is an elegant country mansion just a 15-minute walk from Tunbridge Wells Rail Station. The room was so comfortable and the spa facilities were very welcome after Al long trip. Breakfast started before I needed to leave but they were kind enough to bring me an early continental breakfast Close enough to Gatwick to make it an enjoyable one night stay shutout being too far away.
