The Staff is amazing, namely the young lady that had shown more experience, probably the responsible of Reception (I should know her name...). The way she welcomed us, recommended and booked the restaurante on our demand (and granted the booking of a table in the balcony overlooking the river), the taxi to go to Tbilisi, etc. The other staff is also very helpful on every moment. Breakfast is great with a lot of options with a good aura. This hotel is a very good value for money and a blessing to Kutaisi. A final note to the taxi driver, name Iraqi (I'm not sure how it's written), it's a fabulous person and safe driver.

The hotel has amazing views of the whole city and the cathedral on top of the hill. The hotel seems renovated, so everything in the rooms looked new and clean. Breakfast was simple, but enough to fill our stomachs. You can enjoy some nice outdoor chill time on the terrace on the top floor. Staff is very kind and always smiling.

The host took us to the airport by car at night during very bad weather conditions. We are very grateful to him. The accommodation is warm, clean and nice inside. Wi-FI works great. There is a fridge, great air conditioning and a SMART TV in the room. Even Netflix is there. The beds are very comfortable. The accommodation is in the center of Kutaisi. Only positive impressions. I recommend it!
