Smaragdi Hotel lies just 50 metres from the black beach of Perivolos. The Cycladic-style residence offers a large swimming pool with pool bar, and a hot tub. The staff is unbelievably amazing. You can tell they love their job and they are so kind and wonderful. They gave me the best tips and were always in touch in case I needed anything. The hotel is ideally located and you can easily walk to the best part of the Perivolos beach. Would totally recommend this place.

The staff was super nice. The sea is 5 mins walk. I think that perissa has the best beaches in santorini. The studio had all cutlery and pan to cook. I didn't need to go anywhere to rent the scooter or book the tour. The manager of the Villa had done everything for me. Amazing stay. I will come back again.

Probably the best in Perrisa, we stayed for 3 days with a very good price. Love the 5 mins walk to the beach and enjoy a coffee there. Nice cute kittens accompany in the hotel. Very very good breakfast.

The stay was a great experience from check-in until check-out. The staff was very helpful and provided good explanation about the island and how to visit it.

This little boutique hotel will always have a special place in my heart! Terra Nera is without a doubt, one of the best hotels I have stayed in, in all my years of travel. Right from the booking, the service was consistently OUTSTANDING, with Katerina reaching out to confirm my travel schedule and car booking; Christos painstakingly and patiently helping me plan our sightseeing for each day; and Georgios and Mariana checking up on us at every meal, to check if everything was okay. When we arrived we were greeted with a welcome drink & a traditional dessert that were amazing. The day before we left, there were candles by our door to bid us goodbye. When I enquired where we could buy the traditional dessert which my boys loved, Mariana gifted us a box to take back home. These little touches and personalised attention at this family run hotel, makes guests feel like one was staying with family rather than at a hotel. I travelled with my husband and 2 boys and we had booked the Deluxe suite which was very comfortable for the 4 of us. The loo is separate from the shower which is very convenient when you have a family travelling. The beach is literally a 30 second walk from the hotel and loungers are reserved for the hotel guests so you will always find one. The beach is also possibly one of the few beaches in Santorini that is not rocky and one can actually swim in the water. There are also water sports as well as supermarket within walking distance. Finally, how can I end this review without mentioning the amazing food at Terra Nera? It was so good we did not go anywhere else to eat! The restaurant seemed pretty popular as it was crowded every evening. The seafood was fresh, the meat dishes perfectly cooked and, the Greek salad with the large chunks of amazing feta, the taramasalata, the grilled feta, the yogurt were just out of this world. I would highly recommend this beautiful place.

Amazing stay - my friends and I stayed as we were attending a wedding nearby. Beautiful rooms and super comfy beds, but the best bit about our stay was the hosts. They were amazing - incredibly thoughtful and kind, they really made the stay special! Thank you!

Petri Suites has a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, garden, a terrace and restaurant in Perivolos. A hot tub and a car rental service are available for guests. I am very satisfied with my choise, the room had excellent design and the most comfortable bed ever! Breakfast had a huge selection and it was very tasteful. Especially those crepes !! Receptionists , pool bar and maids were amazing! The pool sunbeds are extremely comfortable and luxury. In genaral it was a great value for money!
