Drive into town through a cyclone, all the power was off, arrived to beautiful candlelit foyer and two girls running around trying to make everyone comfortable. After hanging out and relaxing it was found the power was on in their other property across the road, we were offered a beautiful manor for the night and had an amazing evening!

We had a family wedding at The Johnstown Estate. The staff were fantastic. From the cleaning staff to the bar staff and the wedding planner Jennifer (I think) everybody was lovely and doing a great job.

Couldn’t fault Bellinter House, it was right up there. A lovely stay for 2 nights would go back in a flash. The bed was great and breakfast. The stables was very nice to stay in bathrooms lovely shower and bath. Nice bar area to relax and have snack and pot of tea.

I had an amazing experience with the Hamlet. The room was clean, organized, with a lot of space. It had a bath and a shower. All the people there were very welcoming, helpful and nice with us, from the reception to the pub. The food at the pub was so good and worth the price. Great quality/price balance.

The Darnley Lodge Hotel is a beautiful property located in the head of Athboy. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The in-house restaurant serves excellent, reasonably-priced food with generous portions. And the staff members are very helpful. Because I was cycling through the area, I needed some special accommodations (like a place to store my bicycle), and they not only provided this but also helped me carry my gear up to my room. I enjoyed my stay, and I heartily recommend the property.

The Station House Hotel está ubicado en unos impresionantes jardines arbolados. La antigua estación de tren se ha reconvertido en un hermoso refugio confortable. Beautiful historical property, very professional staff . Great food. Very nice atmosphere.

Dublín está a 35 minutos en auto.... They had a single room available on short notice after I had to unexpectedly stay overnight in the area. The shower was awesome; the bed was very comfortable. My Irish Fry breakfast was exceptional, and it was included in the price. Dinner in the restaurant was excellent. Trim has been on my bucket list. I didn't have enough time to explore the area due to my schedule. I will be back to do that in August, and I plan to stay here again. I was able to borrow a phone charger, too.
