This place is amazing, very unique and a perfect mix of contemporary with a homage to the tradition and the landscape it sits within. The hosts were very hospitable and welcoming and obviously very proud of what they have achieved. The food was delicious as was the wine and our only regret was that we couldn't enjoy the place for longer.

I was looking for a tranquil, comfortable yet quality resort on the Sicilian waterfront, away from the bustle of Catania and Taormina but close enough to visit these districts when I wanted … and the Santantonio Resort met all of this, and more! The hotel is modern with some clever design features and with consideration to many details that discerning travellers would expect/demand. The hotel is extremely well presented with quality finishes, decor and refinements throughout. My suite was very comfortable. From the website and photos all of this, I was expecting. However, the hospitality of the staff was exceptional and certainly exceeded my expectations. The owners and the staff were courteous, professional, attentive and friendly, but I never felt that they were ever intrusive. The restaurant fare was excellent no matter whether it was breakfast, lunch or dinner, and attention by the staff, superb. The Chef uses only premium local produce to present dishes of the highest quality, thank you! The pool and relaxation areas were cleverly laid out so that residents can best enjoy the facilities. A special thank you to Hannah for the warm welcome when I first arrived at the hotel (and much later than I was anticipating, sorry!). Special thanks too to Mariella, for looking after me (and my suite) and to Carla, Evelyn, Cinzia and Luca for taking care of me in the bar and restaurant throughout. A big thank you also to Hannah, Mary and Carmella for ensuring everything ran smoothly throughout and to Antonio for showing me around some of the local sights. I truly enjoyed my stay at Santantonio Resort and would recommend it to those seeking peace and tranquility in a quality environment. I look forward to my next visit…

Great location just on a few meters from Porta Catania. Breakfast was amazing. Fresh orange juice and bread, a nice variaty. Staff was super nice. Also a lovely rooftoop. Bathtub didn't have a curtain- but it was OK. They have a paid parking - 20EURO per day - very convenient. just book in advence. call the hotel a few mintutes before arrival - if you miss the parking you will have to drive an extra few minutes...

Probably the best thing about the hotel is the fact that is so near the sea so you can enjoy some beautiful views as you are having breakfast and go swimming at any point of the day. Also the gardens are super nice!

Fantastic staff! The bartender was top notch! Some of the best drinks we have ever had. The spa was clean and enjoyable. Our room was comfy and clean with wonderful views of the volcano and vineyards. Would recommend a stay for sure!

This is our second stay in this Country Hotel. The staff is always there to assist you with any problem you might encounter immediately. Breakfast was superb, room very comfortable, WiFi works fine. Pool is clean and sunbeds in shade under tents. After a long trip you have dinner with good food and entertainment. Location is perfect few kilometres away from top Sicily attractions. For sure we will visit once again.

We absolutely loved this hotel! Everything is amazing, from the property to the hotel in itself. Every single detail is well thought, inside but also outside. Our room (while being the simplest) was very spacious and lovely, while the common areas were all amazing - and yes, it’s exactly like the pictures! Regarding the train - because I saw numerous comments about that - it’s honestly nothing. Our room was towards the railway and not once were we woken up by it. And let’s be honest, even during the day, it usually lasted 2 seconds, not more. So let’s just say that the train is just there to remind you that you are not living in a dream :-)

the property was very clean and well equipped. Emanuele, the host, is really helpful and super nice. I loved the fact that there is a coffee machine with a really good Italian coffee available in the room. the location is excellent because is on the beach front. I highly recommend this property because is also really well located if you want to visit Taormina, Catania, and all the maritime locations in the east coast of sicily.

Everything! Beautifully landscaped properly with stylish and very comfortable rooms. The restaurant is fantastic for breakfast and other meals. Lovely staff. We enjoyed being close to Taormina, Etna and other attractions.
