A magnificent staff of waitresses at the restaurant, working really hard to help and to ensure that all visitor are satisfied and happy.

We originally booked a double room but then our daughter decided she wanted to join us. The hotel were able to change our booking with no fuss at all. The owner was very welcoming on our arrival. Our room was warm, a good size and had a small balcony. There was a good continental -style breakfast. The hotel is close to one of the main ski lifts and a short drive to Canazei. A really good choice for anyone looking for comfortable, convenient and good value accommodation for a ski trip in the beautiful Val di Fassa.

If you ever visit Val Di Fassa you must definitely stop at the @xalphotel. The structure is modern and cosy, the personnel is really friendly and professional and the spa is really nice. The view from the rooms is really compelling and the external Jacuzzi is the icing on the cake!

The hotel is located near the main road in Val di Fassa. After fatal first evening the room has been cleaned every day. There is a safe box. It is important due to organizational mess. Yo don’t know who has the key to your room.

Such a cosy hotel with exceptionaly friendly but professional staff! The location was great to visit other places. The food was exceptional! Lots of parking outside and inside the garages! The hotel has an excellent heating system, and we were warm all the time in the room and throughout the hotel. Swiming pool, big water slide for kids, jacuzzi, spa, and sauna all great, and we had lots of fun. We are coming back to this hotel soon. We had some issues with the room, the immediately helped to solve and made us comfortable, as soon as a room became available, they even upgraded us to a suite which was so kind of them. The view from the room was amazing overlooking the Dolomites, the pool was great with good massage function to back and neck. The staff was professional and friendly, it has a very good management team behind. Last but not least, the best part was the gastronomy, it is sooooo good, I would highly recommend others to take the half board accommodation!

They provided a list of restaurants in the area that you can get a 10% discount which was helpful. The ski and boot room was well organized and the room itself with large with a small kitchen and sitting area, a loft with two beds, and a larger murphy bed downstairs.
