The staff are very friendly. The place is gorgeous. Like a luxury hotel but so very reasonable. It’s a little away from the other hotels, but that’s good because it’s quiet. Situated in Phonsavan, 8.7 km from Plain of Jars: Site 1, Phouluang Hotel features views of the city. Very helpful staff (was allowed to use the printer so I could easily unblock my account), good breakfast and very clean. The hotel is almost new.

It was close to the airport and easy to go to other places like the plain of jars and the city. Most of all, David, the owner of the guesthouse, was very kind and welcoming. He set a fantastic breakfast outside at the garden for just which i loved so much

Boasting mountain views, Sipanya Guesthouse features accommodation with terrace, around 11 km from Plain of Jars: Site 1. This guest house offers free private parking and free shuttle service. The guesthouse is located in a beautiful and quiet area, slightly off center. Plenty of restaurants and cafes to choose from if you walk for 10-15 min. The owner, Mr. Abay personally picked me up from the airport. He also took me (and a couple other guests) on a guided tour of the Plain of Jars (which I'd highly recommend). He also gave me plates, spoons and forks for food I had picked up at the local market. Mr. Khay at the front desk is eagerto help, should you need anything. My room and bathroom was clean and spacious. Wifi was surprisingly good. The staff was sweet and always greet you with a smile. Wish I could have stayed longer.

The Hillside Residence is located in Xieng Khouang Province in Northern Laos. Just one km away from the city centre, it offers free parking and peaceful countryside accommodation. The patron was absolutely marvellous! So friendly and always willing to help. The family succeeded to create a cosy atmosphere, bit like a living room at home. Great breakfast and great support to explore the area. We were lucky to celebrate Hmong new year, which was a surprise and a gift.
