Tarmguist is a wonderful place to stay and the local area is beautiful. Mohamed and his family are very kind and welcoming. Have your breakfast while enjoying the view of the oasis. At night you can gaze at the stars. We had a truly relaxing few days here and look forward to visiting again.

Maison Nomades er staðsett í Tighmert Oasis, í 15 mínútna akstursfjarlægð frá Guelmim. Boðið er upp á verönd með útsýni yfir pálmalundinn, Berber-tjald og garð. What a place this was one of our highlights. Great room comfortable bed with en suite. The peace and tranquility just what was needed. Food and service was excellent and a good price. The second day Bamel took us to see the local sights the hot spring, camels, botanical garden and a museum. Met some wonderful people and learnt a lot about the area. Definitely on my list of places to revisit.

Dar Lhor er staðsett í Tarhjicht á Guelmim-Oued Noun-svæðinu og er með verönd og fjallaútsýni. Handklæði og rúmföt eru í boði á gistihúsinu. 17 days travelling Morroco, and this has been one of our favourites. What a host, we felt truly welcome and even with the language barrier, the help of Google translate we were chatting and laughing the whole time. Nothing was too much trouble. We arrived early afternoon and were made food and tea straight away and a wonderful tagine in the evening provided by Fatima was delicious. Great location great for watching sunset and then star gazing. Would 100% return if we visit the area again.

Beautiful and quiet surroundings in the middle of the palm grove! Right next to the Caravanserail Museum, which was very interesting to see. Our host, Nordine is a one man show. He cooks the breakfast and dinner, both very good. Very filling! And he made the best coffee I’ve had so far in Morocco!! We didn’t have time to partake, but he did escort 4 guests to the hot springs. Even tho he doesn’t speak much English and us, not too much French, he was a gracious host and did his best to make us feel welcome! And you can’t beat the price!
