Staff great, so helpful, professional and friendly - special thanks to Sarin - he went above and beyond to make sure we had a good stay - thank you Sarin! Late check out was accommodated. Very good value for money.

Actually I booked this room for my daughter and I wanted it to be perfect, and it was. The room was beautifully appointed and quiet for a good night's sleep. She was on the 37th floor and had a marvelous view. The breakfast was also FANTASTIC. And, the Himalayan Salt Sauna is not to be missed. The staff is super friendly and polite. The location is good too, but it was so nice in the hotel it was hard to leave it for an outing. These were her impressions.

Awesome quirky hotel! Great social lobby with unique decor. Great breakfast buffet and bar, really comfortable bed. The room, although cozy, was laid out very well. Sensible placement of plugs, lights etc. I keep looking in every nook and cranny to see what other cool things were hidden away. We really enjoyed our stay. I will be seeking out CitizenM hotels around the world from now on.

It was really like being in a movie and feeling like a star for a few days. I am really thankful to the staff who made my time their so wonderful.

There were no wishes left behind by the friendly staff. Food at the restaurant was also delicious at moderate prices at the same time. We really enjoyed the gym and would love to come back one time.
