The small, simple room was very clean (and so were the shared toilets/showers). The hotel has made an effort to make the place homey with a bit of decor inside the room and plants/decor throughout the property.. The wind and cold were fierce during our stay, so we were very grateful to have a good heater in our room (and they provide enough blankets). While the WIFI is only available in the reception/bar/restaurant area, it works well. Good to have a reasonably priced restaurant on site, as there are few eating options in Grunau (you can order your meals ahead to be ready at a certain time). We stayed for two nights while visiting Fish River Canyon as it is much more affordable than the places in/nearer the park (unless you are camping).

With sea views from every room, Lüderitz Nest Hotel features a private tidal beach and jetty, as well as an outdoor pool. A sauna, restaurant terrace and bar all overlook the Atlantic Ocean. The location is fantastic just in front of the ocean. Short way the center. Beautiful hotel with a very nice bar and restaurant. The staff is very helpful.

2FiftySix on Second ligger 1,8 km från Woermann Haus och erbjuder en trädgård, en terrass och boende med en uteplats och gratis WiFi. Friendliness of staff/owners was exceptional. Best equiped bathroom and kitchen, really though of everything. Exceptionally clean.

Wildhorses B&B and Self Catering ligger i Lüderitz, 5 minuters promenad från Woermann Haus och 500 m från Luderitz Museum, och erbjuder boende med gratis WiFi och en trädgård med en terrass och... I had four absolutely fantastic days at Wildhorses, José and his wife are incredibly kind hosts, and I felt very welcome. Thank you so much for the wonderful time!

Guest house is in the beautiful city center, just 5 minutes walk from the church and the supermarkets. In front of the room is a beautiful garden with well-kept plants. There is a private car park with a security staff.
