Set overlooking Picton Harbour, Beachcomber Inn Picton offers an outdoor pool, free parking and free WiFi. It is 800 metres from Picton Ferry Terminal and 400 metres from the Picton Train Station. This hotel was a delightful surprise, extremely well located, great views, nice short walk into town for coffee or meals. Our ground-level room had a beautiful glass door opening onto a lawn that was unexpected. Nice bed & comfort level all around. Location well situated for turning in rental car & catching the ferry. Honestly, that was the only reason we stayed at this hotel and Picton, but wished we had booked more days. Very very pleasant! Feel this hotel is a cut above all the other choices in the area!

This is a very small hotel (only 3 rooms) which only adds to its charm. Its location in the centre of Picton is an additional benefit as it is only a couple of minutes' walk from shops and nearby facilities.The old world style of decor ,the large rooms which are spotless and supremely comfortable has to be experienced. The restaurant is closed for evening meals , but the welcome touch of a wine and cheese plate is a unique touch. Breakfast is offered and sets you up for the day ahead. I would love to stay here again.

Boasting garden views, Boathouse Apartments features accommodation with patio, around 600 metres from Picton Memorial Park Beach. The house was newly renovated and just beautifully done. We had just about anything we could have wanted in the house, private parking, space for all four of us. Since we had four, we had both floors. The downstairs patio was nice, but the upstairs balcony was a dream! Perfect for sitting and enjoying the view. A shirt walk over the scenic marina bridge takes you right to the shops and restaurants. We wished we were staying more than two nights!

Offering quiet street views, Country Cottage Rotorua is an accommodation set in Whakatahuri, 22 km from Tikitere - Hell's Gate Thermal Park and 26 km from Buried Village. Felt welcomed. Host was very pleasant! Nice surroundings. We really liked description of the animals living on the property. The house itself felt spacious and had everything we needed. Overall it was a nice stay. Also the location is great with a car because it is further away from busy town and is very calm and felt private.

Our accommdation was super clean with a cosy atmosphere and had a great view over Picton. Very friendly owner who welcomed us on arrival. We would definitely love to stay here again!
