Being a couple, we found this resort fantastic! We stayed 4 nights here and used it as a base to explore Panglao and Bohol. From the moment of check-in, to the moment of check-out, everything was great. Even before we arrived, the communication from Mayana was fantastic over the booking app, and they were very responsive to all queries we had. We used the air conditioned van option to get to the resort from the Tagbilaran Port (30 mins drive), and were greeted with a welcome drink and room briefing. We ate in the restaurant three of the nights, as it was very handy after coming in late and having driven a lot on the bike. Each night the food was good. The Osterich dishes are unusual, and I enjoyed the burger Option. My girlfriend is vegetarian, so we really appreciated that the chef was able to make her a veggie curry one of the nights. The breakfast was great each morning. You get a choice between an American breakfast, pancakes, omelette, Filipino breakfast. The staff were really accommodating in trying their best to get you any specific options/extras that weren’t on the menu. For instance, they made poached eggs for me one morning, though not on the menu 😊 We rented a good scooter from here also and had a great time! I read the reviews mentioning the pool being ‘murky’ or ‘unclean’, but honestly we thought the pool was fab! - not only was it a nice size nd design, but it was the first pool in the Philippines we have had that has part just 5ft deep, but the deep part is actually deep and over your head at 7ft. We loved that, so it caters for every type of guest. The rooms are modern and spacious, as are the bathrooms. The bed is really comfy which is really important! The A/C is great and the rooms have tinted glass for privacy which was a nice touch. The safe is big enough to put a laptop in when you are out and about, and the balcony and little table and chairs on it are great with a lovely view over the pool. The staff are all so nice.

We chose a room with a swimming pool, and I was touched by the service here. The waiter introduced us enthusiastically and provided us with cold drinks, fruit plates, and red wine. Everything was perfect. Coffee at four o'clock in the afternoon and Massage at 21:00 in the evening make people feel very happy

Selectum Mangrove Resort ligt in Panglao, op 800 meter van het Danao-strand, en biedt accommodatie met een buitenzwembad, gratis privéparkeergelegenheid, een tuin en een terras. It was the best clean accommodation in Panglao. I came here Bohol two times and I was staying more than 4 resorts. This is the best clean resort I have ever stayed. They have some rules like not eating in the room, and this can make room soooo clean. I couldn't see even a single ant in the room. But don't worry you can eat at the terrace :) Also, there is a huge mango tree with hammock in the backyard. It was amazing. In addition, you can go to Alonabeach in 5 minutes by driving scooters. Plus, the hosts are sooo friendly and nice they are very welcoming the guests. They always say hello, good morning, how are you like that. Susu even kept clapping for me to watch fireflies in the yard. The staffs are so kind too. If you want to stay in the best clean place with such friendly hosts, you can choose this resort.

Lieve mensen die zeer behulpzaam zijn. De kamers zijn groot, schoon en geluidsarm. Dus geen overlast van buren of andere zaken. Het ontbijt was goed verzorgd en de scooterverhuur is een fijne bijkomstigheid dat ze die service ook hebben.

Panglao Sea Resort - Tangnan is gelegen in Panglao, op 4,6 km van Hinagdanan-grot, en biedt accommodatie met een buitenzwembad, gratis privéparkeren, een tuin en een restaurant. Spent 7 nights here. Great food, great pool and facilities. Nice and quiet. We really enjoyed our time here.

Alona Austria Resort heeft een terras, en biedt kamers in Panglao, minder dan 1 km van Alona Beach en 2,1 km van Danao Beach. One of our favourites places we've stayed in 3.5 months of travelling. The room was so spacious and clean and with the kitchen area, it felt more like an apartment. Set in lovely grounds with a beautiful pool. Very close to all the action and yet super peaceful. Unlimited drinking water and extreme friendly and helpful staff and owner.
