The zipper on my suitcase ended up breaking just moments before I had to go to the airport, but a staff member helped me close it and I was able to get to the airport without my clothes flying everywhere! Keep up the amazing work!

All staff are friendly and helpful, the rooms are well appointed and the food (breakfast and dinner) is top quality and delicious. I had a sea/garden view and it was lovely. Location is great and easy to get around by walking (or there is a bus every 20 mins from outside the hotel)

This is the second time we come to the Furusund hotel and we are looking forward to coming back again. We have always done a lot of trips in almost all other European countries and we find that in Sweden, outside Stockholm, finding hotel choices of high standard is sadly very hard, they tend to be extremely overpriced, come linked with "experiences" that are mostly about drinking in well-decorated bar areas or sharing a spa with people who are drinking (drinking alcohol in the spa seems to be a highly valued activity) and we usually regret going. This is not the case here. This place is simple and beautiful. Elegant but no frills. Has everything you need (including a spa area if you are so inclined) in the nicest location. It is clean, the wifi works well, and it is overall a very relaxing experience. The best part is the food. Best breakfast ever, really pleasant. Last time we had dinner also (this time we were busy somewhere else) and I still remember it.
