This small hotel provides a very warm welcome and excellent treatment of its customers. Staff is always there to offer services, answer questions, and help out with whatever you need. Beds are comfortable, and the outside terras features a lot of plants, and cosy corners to sit and have a drink. The location is excellent, on walking distance from restaurants, the city center, and facilities (pharmacy, gas station etc)

What is most outstanding is the amazing staff, they are all so kind and helpful, and make you feel at home from the first moment.

The place was like a tropical Oasis right in the middle of everything. It's a small hotel but very nice and I felt totally safe getting up at 1:00am to come down and wait for the shuttle.

The apartment I had was absolutely beautiful. Looking straight into the pool, Jacuzzi and restaurant. Chantel the receptionist was very accommodating to all of our needs and she bent over backwards to help us. Our stay at the Joah Inn was absolutely beautiful. Thank you for making our stay a memorable one.

The room was nice. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and the grounds were beautiful. The staff was very pleasant for the most part. However, one of the kitchen staff wasn't the most friendly. She just always seemed annoyed by some of our requests. (Maybe she was just having a bad day, who knows). The guys at the entrance gate were always very nice, friendly and helpful. We very much appreciated their assistance, especially when it was pouring rain.
