Situated in Ha Long, 90 metres from Bai Chay Beach, Ha Long Essence Hotel features accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a shared lounge and a terrace. The staff is very hospitable and professional. They even gave us an upgraded room without any extra charge when we checked in. The receptionists were very friendly and helpful with all our inquiries. Also, they have a doorman who always made us feel welcome. He even gave us water on several occasions without us asking for it. The location is great, too. Just a couple hundred meters away from a beautiful beach. The hotel is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood, but still not too far away from the hustle and bustle of the city center.

Halong Bay on uskomattoman kaunis alue ja se kannattaa käydä katsomassa. Risteilyalusta ja hyttiä valitessa on hyvä ottaa huomioon, että mainoskuvat antavat usein liian positiivisen kuvan majoituksesta. Ei kannata ottaa halvemmasta päästä jos antaa vähänkin arvoa hyvälle tasolle.

Everything was great. Certainly the best hotel in Halong I appreciated the transfer by boat from the mainland to the private island. I recommend to book the full board to save money as I booked only the breakfast and then paid there for all the meals to enjoy more the beauty of this hotel and the quality of service
