The whole villa and rose gardens are very beautiful, the furniture was perfect for the whole Italian feel of the place. Even the architectural walls outside and statues were on point. A little structure to the side reminded me of the Colosseum in Italy.The water fountain was very relaxing to hear. Bedroom was devine. Bed so comfortable and the beddings were really luxurious. Everything was so tasteful. A bit of olde world charm. Patio too comfortable, you would want to take a good book and read it there whilst looking at the multitude of colourful roses. Bathroom fittings was amazing and really neat. I think the underneath of the sink looked like a singer machine it was so thoughtful whoever designed and decorated this place is really a genius with the whole theme in mind. The little touches , paintings on wall, furniture fits into this place like a glove. Nothing seems out of place at all. It all fits to make your visit memorable.

I have regularly stayed at hotels and B&B's all over the world and this is the first place I have ever stayed in that exceeded my expectations. Lovely setting and extremely peaceful. Room was spotless. Bed was comfy and the linen of high quality. Have not slept so peacefully in ages. Bathroom was tastefully decorated and again, absolutely spotless. It's clear that the hosts take immense pride in both their property and the quality of the facilities they provide to their guests. I will definitely be back on my next business trip and will aim to stay a little longer next time.

Located in picturesque Forest Hills in Kloof, Nkutu River Lodge (previously Hot Buttered Toast) offers views over the Krantzkloof Nature Reserve on the banks of the Nkutu River. Everything it was clean and lovely We loved the view of the forest and we enjoy our stay had a lovely quality time with my woman

Featuring more than 40 beaded columns and richly decorated corridors, this unique, adults-only lodge in Kloof is a private exhibition of traditional Zulu art. This place is like no one I've seen before. Absolutely stunning design by artist Peter Amm. Take a tour by the landlady Alta through the castle-/museum-/Gaudi like interior. It is a must-see in Kwa Zulu Natal. The breakfast was opulent and all our special needs where met. I booked the two president suites for my family and the view over the gorge was simply wonderful.
