Everything was great! Rooms are very big, comfortable, super clean and had the most beautiful view. The staff is very nice and welcoming. The food was delicious, we were always excited with the options and how good everything tasted.

What makes it great is the level of details the go into to make sure overall edperience is perfect. For example: if you finish a plate it will dusappear from your tabel in less than a minute.

Apartment was ok. Amazing sea view from the terrace in the apartment. Pools and area around them were very clean. Close to the beach. Staff was very helpful. Food was good and there was much to choose from. Animations for kids everyday. One of the best choices for this price. We are thinking about coming back :)

Very good place for family with little kids. They enjoyed pool, slides, program for children and playgrounds. Beach is nice and there is shallow water for quite a long distance from the beach. Room clean, food delicious.

Very clean, spotless place, nice spacious, well decorated rooms and large comfortable beds. Staff were friendly, positive, helpful, smiling did everything possible to make our stay perfect. The food in the hotel was nice and there is variety, fruits and vegetables always very fresh, alcohol and wine were good quality. Restaurant was very clean too. There is nothing that I would change in this hotel!!! I can’t wait to visit again!!! Big thank you to the staff!! The location is perfect too, a min walk from the beach and the center but quiet at the same time.

Very nice architecture, spotless clean, pretty luxurious location, not overcrowded, outside little bit from the noisy nightlife but with easy access there, nice gardens, nice swimming pool area,very close to the beach, amazing friendly and attentive staff, delicious food and nice restaurants setup. Highly recommended.

Everything was great with the exception of the spa. The rest was just amazing. The food was exceptionally delicious and the garden is a real paradise on earth. I am absolutely enchanted by this place. I am so happy it is Bulgarian. Very high quality of the tourist service. And the staff are extremely kind and helpful. The location is a dream come true. Words just fail me. I am in love with Helena!
