Room was clean and had a well equipped kitchen. Nice showers. Grounds & pool were nice. Covered parking was convenient, no hot car to get into. Short walk to beach and Cocoa Beach Pier. We ate sushi at the Pier62, it was good. Will visit this hotel again. We recommend!

Great value for money stay. We only stayed one night but could have easily stayed longer. The rooms were clean and had everything we needed. Staff upgraded our room to have a balcony which was nice. Amazing place, we had a full house to ourselves with a parking space. Reception was very helpful, kind and it was a really quick check in. Inside the house we had 3 bathrooms (2 showers), 3 spacious bedrooms, a nice living room and a kitchen. Bigger families or group of friends will fit in nicely here!
