How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Extremely uncomfortable beds, the matress was so thin you were basically just sleeping on the wooden frame
Very clean room, modern, nice staff, good air conditioning, close to the airport. Plenty of toilets and showers, so never any queues

The fee rised 3 times bigger than when I stayed 2 years ago and it was nice if they prepared thinner blanket for summer. Only thick blanket was prepared and I could not sleep well. Besides, it would be nice the check out time was a little later as my flight arrived very late in the airport and I wanted to sleep a little more.
The location is very good, all clean.

I think the beds are to hard. But its okay for the price.
Its easy to find and close to the airport Haneda.

Everything was great. Nothing to complain about, in fact I would go back again if the need arises.
Having a power plug for each bed so it basically feels like a room, and the lamp that has 2 switches for each bed. The toilets and shower rooms were really great too, well-equipped and clean.

I don't know if it was just some other customers who had put the heat on for so high, but the room where I stayed was extremely hot.
Really close and easy and cheap to get from the Haneda airport even after midnight. Traveling alone and for the first time it felt safe and secure. The rooms were stylish, clean and new. The pods themselves were spacious and had USB charging ports and small compartment with key to store valuables. And even after my own mistake, when I accidentally sleeping for too long past my check out time, the customer service were really understanding and kind. The shower and bathrooms were clean and modern.

The only thing was the room size, it was very small. With 2 luggage it was very difficult to move. This the only con of the place
We liked the proximity to the airport and the facilities. Everything was perfect, clean and new. The staff is super nice. If you need a place to stay near Haneda airport, this is your place :)

The mattress was very thin, so my sleep wasn't the best. There was also some small stains on my sheets.
Very convenient for an overnight layover from Haneda Airport.

5 minutes walk from the train station, which is only two stops away from Haneda Airport. Good place to stay if you're flying out of Haneda the next day. Check-in was easy, rooms were clean.

This place is near the stacion, close to the airport, i just spend one night before my flight Clean and confort Everyone else in there was doing the same so expect a early rise from most people there

Be noted that it is a hotel nearby the airport, so many people stay for a night and check out next day in the early morning, so expect some noises as they are all in rush.
Very near to the bus stop and train station, convenient store also available right opposite of the place. Staff is friendly and environment is comfy.

Be prepared to pay more than you expected, If you have luggage and arrived earlier than 5 PM (default arrival time). Though room can be provided earlier than 5 PM for extra money, luggage storage service for guests is also not free (cheapier than room reservation hourly rate, but still).
Spacious room with 2 beds and air conditioning. Clean shared toilets and bathroom. Modern furniture and plumbing. 2 rest areas outside: on a roof and on a 1st floor.

Perfect for the airport as you can check in using the machine anytime. Very easy and smooth process. Place was clean and comfortable, super super close to the airport itself - it is exactly what you need from an airport stopover

Cleanliness cozld be improved. Also the spaces are quite tight, so the room is very small for all the backpacks and suitcases. The bathrooms also felt a bit small. The bed was a bit hard.
The place is very close to Haneda airport which is why I chose it. The self checkin process was easy and they explained it well.they provided slippers and towels which is a nice addition.the building has an elevator.

Very helpful reception staff. Very clean and easy to access from Haneda airport. Cooking, food heating facilities if need them. Convenience stores and station nearby.
