Positive section of review
Had a great stay at this hotel, and with great service. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the bath/shower surprisingly spacious for a Japanese hotel. Very handy location, close to Kanda station, and you can walk fairly easy to Tokyo station or Akihabara too, whilst being a bit away from the very busy touristy areas, so you get the benefit of it being relatively quiet. I didn't get breakfast, but did have a good coffee at the café downstairs. Good laundry facilities too.

Wi-fi functional but not very fast. You may consider the rooms to be a bit dated and slightly small, but it was very good for a budget hotel in central Tokyo.

Location was great as it is within walking distance to multiple public transport options, Kuromon Market, discount supermarket, various restaurants and konbini as well as Yamato Transport (kuroneko). The facilities (e.g. wifi, washing machine, hot water shower, hairdryer, towels, clothes hangers, microwave, fridge, umbrellas, TV with streaming facilities, lift etc.) were in good working conditions. Staff was pleasant and very responsive to our queries when checking in.

While it was not a big issue for us, do bear in mind that the toilet can be cramped due to limited space.

Positive section of review
Stayed here for 6 nights in a double room. Amazing location if you're wanting to explore Dotonbori and nearby areas, whilst still being very near Namba station. Friendly and helpful staff, and the room was was clean and with a very comfy bed. There are laundry facilities. The room was a decent site considering you're at a budget hotel in Japan. Amazing view too!

The wifi was functional but somewhat slow, so you may struggle if you want to download or stream a lot. You'll get a lot of noise from the nightlife on the streets - even on a high floor as I was - but I couldn't fault the hotel itself for that, given the location, and I didn't personally have too much trouble sleeping. The bathroom was a little dated but functional but at 5'9" I found the shower quite short and needed to stoop.

Positive section of review
The best selling point is the location. You can see Aomori Station from the doorstep, and you are walking distance to the main shopping street, fish markets, Nebuta Festival Museum, etc. Room was clean, and the lady running the whole thing was extremely friendly. Really nice and well kept tatami room.

If you require an elevator, don't stay here as it is stairs only to the 2nd and 3rd floors. This is more of a nitpick, but the 'lobby' area is incredibly small, and it can be very awkward trying to get by people who are checking in/out for the day. The shower area is also connected to the lobby, and while I never had this problem, having one shower to share in a hotel with 12(?) rooms can probably get pretty tricky.

The location was just fifteen minutes from narita International airport , the hotel provides free bus shuttle service to and fro from the airport and hotel , the breakfast was complimentary with that price, there is a convenience store in the hotel . overall good experience.

The hotel was fabulous , it had many restaurants , the two onsen was amazing , never expected this type of hotel in such a low rate , it was very exceptionally good , the room was too good , the staff was polite and there is a shop inside the hotel and good cafe .

The rooms were clean, but there was no wardrobe, and there was not enough space to keep our suitcases, which made the rooms small. We also smelled bad odours from the toilets. The staff was brilliant, polite, and very helpful.

The staff were really friendly and helpful. The Sake was free-flowing. The breakfast was simple but delicious. The rooftop bar with foot bath was a very pleasant way to round off the evening (with a few cups of sake of course)

The rooms are tiny with little room for luggage or to move around. The bed was comfortable and the facilities were all we needed, jut a little more space (and light) would have made it more comfortable.

5 minutes walk from the train station, which is only two stops away from Haneda Airport. Good place to stay if you're flying out of Haneda the next day. Check-in was easy, rooms were clean.

I like onsen, dinner. I like the room as well but not for utility like hot water and ventilation suction grill is not clean.

Please have maintenance crew to check periodically ventilation at suction grill at the ceiling. a lot of dust accumulated. Hot water shower is sometimes flow with cold stream when I use hot.
