All rooms feature a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a private bathroom. the staff are amazing - Donna the manager is very professional and eagerly helped us. Mariam in the restaurant was so kind and helpful- always had a smile. we felt very catered to by this team. well done -Bravo

The staff are delightful. The breakfast was plentiful, as were the cappuccinos and teas and cookies available throughout the day. Everything was great and totally recommend. In the old centre we were close to so many great restaurants and enjoyed fantastic meals. We also were 15 minutes walk to the train station so we could easily get anywhere we wanted in Tuscany, including to Montecatini Terme for a bike trip and wine tasting. Love!

Extremely clean and quiet oasis a little off the beaten path, but worth the few extra steps. I booked the small double and it was still a very good size. Excellent shower. B&B Villa Anna is located just outside Lucca's ancient walls and provides accommodation with free WiFi. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and everything was spotlessly clean. Max is a superb host. Breakfast is a very plentiful spread of cereals, breads, meat, cheeses and pastries, as well as excellent coffee which Max himself makes for you.
