Boasting an open-air bath and views of mountain, Onsen Guest House Tsutaya is a recently renovated ryokan situated in Hakone, 6.5 km from Hakone-Yumoto Station. Free WiFi is available throughout the property and private parking is available on site. The accommodation features a lift, a shared kitchen and luggage storage for guests. The very kind response of the staff and the fact that I could enjoy the outdoor hot spring were very good.

Kusatsu Onsen Eidaya is located in Kusatsu. The property is a 10-minute walk from Kusatsu Yubatake and Kusatsu-Onsen Bus Terminal. Guests can find a private hot spring bath and Japanese restaurant on site.

At the ryokan, all rooms include a flat-screen TV, fridge and wardrobe. Certain rooms feature in-room hot spring bath, while some rooms offer a kitchen with a microwave. Warm welcoming staffs, we can communicate using english, delicious breakfast, private onsens, massage chair.

Air-conditioned rooms feature a tatami (woven-straw) floor, on which traditional futon bedding is spread to sleep in. Amenities include an LCD TV, fridge, a safe and yukata robes. All rooms have a private toilet and washbasin, while bathroom facilities are shared. Green tea sets with snacks are provided. Wonderful stay in a charming ryokan. Food was delicious (I would highly recommend taking half-pension) and service was exceptional. I found the onsen very relaxing, it is a very warm outdoor bath with cloudy volcanic water that opens on a beautiful bamboo garden. There's also an indoor bath. They offer private onsens but the public one was empty when I got there. Room was very comfortable and they provide everything you need

Main Dining Room "The Fujiya" serves French cuisine in an elegant space. Restaurant Cascade offers Western dishes, while Kikka-so serves traditional Japanese kaiseki dinners. A bar, lounge and bakery are available. the hotel facilities were great , the room was huge ; there is free shutteles from the hotel to the train station

An Asian breakfast is available every morning at the ryokan. A bar can be found on-site. The ryokan is located in a geothermal area, with a number of hot springs nearby for guests to relax in. This was easily the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Impeccable and luxurious through and through. Staff are 10/10 as is their bar and dinner

The property has mountain and quiet street views, and is 4.6 km from Hakone Open-Air Museum. The accommodation features a lift, a shared kitchen and luggage storage for guests.

The ryokan is located in a geothermal area, with a number of hot springs nearby for guests to relax in. The staff was incredibly helpful and nice, I fell in love with each of them. And the girl, who booked food for me, I wish her all the best, she saved my evening that day with her initiative

It is located 16 km from Nikko Toshogu Shrine and features luggage storage space. The ryokan provides rooms with air conditioning, free private parking and free WiFi. Super friendly and helpful staff, everyone can speak English. Food is top-notch. The view from the room is magnificent.

Offering free WiFi throughout the property, the ryokan is soundproof and has a hot spring bath. Very nice ryokan. Very friendly owner. The bath is wonderful and the room as expected.

This 3-star ryokan offers a lift and full-day security. The ryokan has a hot tub and luggage storage space. Immaculately cared for with the kindest staff I have ever encountered. You immediately feel at home and taken care of with small touches like skincare in the bathrooms, to big things like the private roof onsen available for free reservation. Fabulous breakfast and we were on our honeymoon so they surprised us with a decorated dessert and Polaroid photo of us!! Over the top kindness that makes me recommend this hotel to everyone and can’t imagine visiting Japan again without staying here.
