The location is excellent, within walking distance to many restaurants and all the sights in central Almaty. When I arrived the staff was friendly and made me feel welcome. The capsule was more like a tiny hotel room with a bed and small desk, bigger than a typical "capsule". The bathroom was clean with plenty of facilities. It is possible to take a public bus from the airport to a stop near the hotel. They have food for sale which I found very helpful on the night I arrived.
