The hotel was off the charts. The people and service were amazing, friendly, professional and always helpful. They went the extra mile to help. The facilities (pool, spa, sauna, gym) were all world-class. If you like to work out, bring some gym shorts and shoes as the gym is very well equipped. Or just relax at the end of the day in the rooftop, heated pool as we did. The food was sublime. Breakfast offered everything you could want and dinner was magnificent. A new creative, delicious menu every night with a variety of choices.

Kylpyhuoneessa suomalaisille tutumpi bidee oli käsisuihkumallinen. Todella hyvä sänky, mikään ei häirinnyt yöunia. Matkan paras aamiainen, monipuolinen ja runsas, erikseen mainittava kennohunaja! Henkilökunta ystävällistä ja kohteliasta. Hyvin parkkitilaa, helppo löytää perille, hissillä pääsee kerroksiin. Kaikin puolin loistava majoitus!

Bolzanossa sijaitsevan Feichter Hotel & Bistron huoneissa on ilmainen WiFi. Majoituspaikka sijaitsee 200 metrin päässä Bolzanon joulumarkkinoilta ja 5 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä rautatieasemalta. Aamiainen oli monipuolinen. Hotelli keskeisellä paikalla mutta silti rauhallinen. Itsepalvelu juomapiste oli hyvä lisä. Palvelu oli ystävällistä. Huone todella siisti. Lyhyt matka juna-asemalle.
