I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a great stay.

An extremely friendly host, I had the pleasure of meeting the whole family as I turned up early and they were just finishing getting THE GOLD ready for our stay. There is a well kept and maintained garden and drive. The Gold was clean, tidy and welcoming. it is a lovely home, wooden floors throughout the lower floor. It has a large family dining room at the front of the house, a downstairs toilet and wash basin. The kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge freezer and all other mod cons. The living room has a very large corner sofa with reclining seats. There is a flat screen TV in the corner of the room. The WiFi is great with speeds uploading and down loading. Upstairs there are 3 large bedrooms, two double and 1 single . The beds were very comfortable. The bathroom and toilet are separate both clean and tidy. The hosts are fairly new to Rental and I wish them well for the future and Good luck to their son in his future career. Will stay again next time we are in the local area..

I had the opportunity of staying here recently whilst attending a family event nearby. The property is fabulous and everything is immaculate. The added bonus is the outdoor space and the quiet location. I cannot speak highly enough of the host who went over and above to help with a lost item following our departure. His honesty and professionalism were second to none I cannot recommend this property highly enough. Huge thanks and I certainly will be returning.

    Brilliant location in the gay village & walking distance to deansgate where you can find everything you need. Very clean & had everything we needed (even had to use the washing machine because a white top got a pink stain on it which probably wouldn’t have come out if left until we got home)

    Location is fantastic right across from the station / Gay village. Beds were fine, bathrooms were clean. It’s not exactly the lap of luxury but for the price it certainly met my expectations. Wouldn’t recommend for family’s but for young adults visiting the city and wanting to keep accommodation costs at a minimum this is a good option!

    Really good value for money, it is priced correctly because it isn't a luxury retreat or somewhere you would go on a first date. But its clean and tidy and a great location to get your head down. The reception staff were very much improved and so welcoming - I think his name was Razzi and he was an excellent host.

    This is about the tenth time I have stayed at this and the sister hotel about 100 m away to visit family nearby. A beautifully renovated period villa, always spotless, comfortable and elegant, with a lovely open fire in the living room in winter. The rooms are individually designed with beautiful touches such as artwork and classy upholstery. The beds are very comfortable and the bathrooms are always very clean and well designed, plenty of fluffy towels and luxury products.

    The staff and breakfast were amazing can't fault them! But the room itself was just a bit disappointing. I had saved up to pay for a really luxury stay and it just didn't feel like the pictures at all. It felt cold. There was marks all in the bath and the view was just onto a wall. I feel like for the price there are more luxurious places out there room wise.
