Breathtaking location, perfect (and I mean perfect) views. Villa was brilliantly equipped with loads of towels, crockery etc. Property was amazingly located, short walk down to the lake directly below on an easy sloping road, private car space outside villa and very near to town. Maria the hostess is incredibly kind and welcoming. We had an issue which was purely our own causing the first night and she sorted it out in a matter of minutes. Oh, and a stone’s throw (literally) from some amazing tavernas. Could not recommend enough!

Great location in between Rethymno and Chania, right next to the lake. The house was spacious and nice with a great view.. It was fully equiped and I deeply regret we did not have a chace to use the huge bbq in the back yard. Stavros was a very helpful host and trully the price couldn't be any better. Highly recomended accomodation in a "strategic" location and a great value for the money we paid.

We had a great stay! It's a lovely villa with an amazing view. And, the hostess provided us with plenty tips of things to do in the area. When we arrived there were some fresh fruits and something to drink in the fridge, so we could settle in for a bit and didn't have to go to the supermarket immediately. The kids got a little present and they loved it. We don't know what the hostess could have done more to make our stay even more confortable! She is very friendly and thoughtfull.

The villa was clean, comfortable, and well equipped with amazing views.The pool was also great as well as the garden. The area is peaceful, near the lake of Kournas (5 minutes by car).We only stayed for 2 days.However, we enjoyed our staying and hopefully, we will come back next year.

Minoas was great, very hospitable and nice, catering to all our needs. When we arrived, food and drinks were waiting for us. The villa was spacious, clean and neat. The kitchen was beyond fully equipped, so we could prepare anything. It's located 5 minutes drive from Kournas lake which we enjoyed for an afternoon and about 15 minutes drive from the old town Rethimno. I highly recommend it.

I just felt like everything was perfect. this villa is really beautiful with an amazing view in all of its surroundings, very clean on the inside aswell, had everything we needed and was kept clean at all times through the duration of our stay with cleaners tidying up the place and replacing our bedding and towels. I would like to say a big thank you to our host Maria who is always quick to respond to our messages and enquiries, for also sorting out our travel arrangements and her recommendations on places to eat. me and my friends have been well accommodated and I think I speak for all of us when I say this is the best trip we have had. THANK YOU!!!

The villa was beautiful and he was there 24/7 to help us with anything ! Nothing was any bother. On leaving he even had some beautiful gifts from his family for us, we will definitely be back to his villas, what a beautiful place ! 👌

Not much to do but with your own private pool at the roof top you dont need so much more.. relaxing. The house is devided in to two villas with two pools. We had the tradtional one and liked it.
