The Katakis family were very gracious and generous hosts and organised car hire for us as well as allowed an early check in. The welcome treats were an added bonus. The property is very fresh, clean and conveniently located next to the beach, supermarket and multiple restaurants and cafes. Villas are very well equipped and maintained, housecleaning was swift and impeccable. Our host Christopher was super friendly and went above and beyond to make sure that we had a great customer experience during our stay. All in all, our family has most enjoyed the stay at Limosa Luxury Residences and we highly recommend it to anyone who decides to spend a vacation in Kissamos.

El apartamento estaba súper bien. Muy limpio y cómodo. La ubicación nos encantó por su tranquilidad y por sus gentes. Todo el mundo fue muy amable. Es de aquellos sitios en los que te hacen sentir que realmente estás de vacaciones y conociendo otro lugar...

Un alojamiento muy bonito y singular. Destaca la sensación de estar en una cabaña de montaña pero con toda la comodidad que uno puede esperar. Tranquilo. Muy bien acogidos por la proprietaria. Aprovechad el tiempo en el sitio y de las terrazas de las cabañas.

Sitio maravilloso, de lujo.Todo está cuidado al milímetro y los anfitriones de 10. Llegamos tarde el primer día y nos prepararon una cena espectacular. Estuvimos como en casa. Tienes toda la tranquilidad que quieras a solo 5 min del pueblo.

Mamma Maria was exceptional in welcoming us and getting us set up with the keys to a wonderful apartment with balcony and a view of the beautiful pebble beach. Steps next to the house lead to the beach and a relaxing Taverna.

El Theo Villas está situado a 2 km de la playa de Rapaniana y ofrece pileta al aire libre de temporada, jardín y alojamiento con aire acondicionado, balcón y wifi gratis. La casa es preciosa, con todas las comodidades, tienen albornoz y zapatillas por estar por casa, jabón para la lavadora etc. María ha sido lo mejor! Ha estado muy atenta a todo y contesta muy rápido. Nos trajo toallas a mitad de la estancia y nos dejó una nevera para poder ir a la playa! Tenemos ganas de volver a creta y repetir en su casa! Ha sido muy top! Se puede ver el amanecer como sale desde el mar desde casi cualquier habitación , además de las increíbles vistas que tiene a las montañas y a la playa!

Mike's house was definitely our most memorable stay on Crete and that in the best way. A cabin out in the mountains is really something else: the views of Omalos plateau are breathtaking, you're constantly surrounded by the sounds of sheep bells and bird song, great hikes are really close. Yes, it is a cabin in the mountains, so don't expect it to be luxurious, however, it really is very well equipped and has great conveniences that we wouldn't even have thought of, like fly net at the front door, hair dryer, amazingly effecient juice press, cotton swabs, pods for the washing machine (super useful for hikers!) etc etc. It seems that there are all together a few (2-3) sections that can be rented out from the house (with separate entrance etc), so one might not be completely alone at the site. Mike himself was very welcoming and had left us some complimentary drinks, fruits from the garden etc. Thanks!

Este complejo de nueva construcción consta de 6 villas independientes de 3 dormitorios con pileta privada y se encuentra frente a la playa, en la localidad de Platanes, en Rethymno. This apartment was amazing! The private pool was much bigger than we thought it would be. The beach is just a quick 1-minute walk down the driveway, and - bonus - we had two beach chairs and an umbrella included with our stay. The beach itself was sandy and great for our kids to play on. There was a bar/snack place on the beach also. The apartment had a nice coffee machine, a roomy refrigerator, and most of the kitchen supplies/utensils that we needed. The air conditioning worked very well and was very welcome during the hot afternoons. We always felt safe walking to and from the place, there are several good restaurants and a well-stocked grocery store right up the street. We would definitely stay here again!
