The staff are excellent! From the friendly bellmen, front desk staff, housekeeping and room service staff. The room is immaculate! The room design is beautiful and contemporary yet classy with rich tones. The room service options were superb! The food was delivered in a timely manner, and displayed as if we were dining in a restaurant. The quality of the cocktails is top quality and inventive. The hotel’s location is also in walking distance to the Liverpool station, which is very convenient when exploring the city.
