The rooms are huge for the price you pay and it is in a quiet, residential suburb. Easy to grab a taxi outside to the city centre or airport but without all the noise and dust of the city centre. Just across the road is an excellent cafe and also a fish restaurant and a shop for supplies is just two minutes away. Very clean, friendly and welcoming. Excellent breakfast.

A really great place to stay with an elegant kitchen, the best coffee in Uzbekistan so far and good tables to work. One can drink local wine and the staff helps with everything. So if one e.g. needs a break from traveling and to relax or has some work to do via laptop, the hotel (despite its name it is not a homestay) is the perfect choice to stay some days. My advises: - let the staff order you a taxi to see the main sights since they are all outside the city, and go thereby to the ancient Alexandria. In the evening try the local white wine. - let the staff organize the taxis since the taxis on the street always try to trick foreigners (bad habit, seems to be a "specialty" in Termiz)
