Arrived at 12.30am, the middle of the night on Christmas morning, sleep deprived and ended up very confused about our room. I was in panic mode not understanding how to get into our room, the entrance to our room was on the OUTSIDE of the building but I was inside. I called them and they ended up giving us a different room because I was clearly delirious from lack of sleep, and the 3hour drive, and couldn't figure out how to get to our room. My partner, who had dropped me off and gone to grab some drinks from the servo, read the text message of instructions on how to get to our room in the morning and had a good laugh at me. Seriously, they were so simple I'm embarrassed. You guys were fantastic, especially considering it was the middle of the night on Christmas! The beds were super comfortable, AC worked great and loved that you guys have netflix. Have stayed before and will stay again!

Housed in a historic building, the recently renovated The Atrium - A Stylish Home with up to 6 Bedrooms offers accommodation with a garden and free WiFi. The staff were amazing 🤩 I had great communication and support. My brother was home on leave from the Navy so we had a lovely big house to hold us all in a family friendly environment, lovely bbq out door area, peaceful water running, at night we played plenty of board games, but could have quiet time too due to the seperate lounge areas. Left a pair of shoes behind and they were posted back to us safely and promptly, excellent service.
