Nastanitev Chinitas Eco Lodge se nahaja v mestu Tortuguero, le nekaj korakov od znamenitosti Plaža Playa Tortuguero, in ponuja informacijski pult, sobe za nekadilce, vrt, brezplačen WiFi ter teraso. A lovely family run place set in a beautiful location. This is the only guest house in San Francisco, a quiet, pretty little village on the opposite side of the river to Tortuguero. Great room, good shower, very clean (and cleaned every day). Delicious breakfasts and dinner (available for good price). They organised a fantastic guide for us to take a kayaking trip around the national park. They also had a lot of excellent wildlife and bird guides available to look at. It was easy to pop across to Tortuguero either in the public boat or in a private taxi (not much more expensive and available anytime). This was a perfect location for us. It was quiet but you could walk into the village to see local life, have a meal or a drink, or climb the hill in the national park behind the village. Oh, and my son loved the table football and we all loved the hammocks! Would definitely return.

The hostess is very communicative, Gloria makes your stay pleasant due to the tours and advices she offers, the tours were guided by her husband, Sergio who speaks English as well, has lots of knowledge and the fact that you were in a private tour and transported from the Cabins to the tour and viceversa. It’s very secure and lovely

Offering a garden, swimming pool and spa, Aninga Lodge is located 3.2 km from Tortuguero National Park. Lovely, very helpful staff. Full coach transport from San Jose and back, but hired a car and drove to the half way restaurant. Arranged by messaging ahead. Left the car there for free and picked it up on the way back k trough. 3 different tours included in the price. All meals included. Truly a wonderful experience.

The staff was very nice, Dona Lidiette was very nice and attentive. The staff was very helpful as well. We loved it. There was a very nice young man called Jorge, very helpful. He provided excellent information. Amazing customer service.
