Ibis Luton Airport Hotel is a 10-minute walk from Luton Airport and 10 minutes' drive to Luton town centre. No complaints about any of the staff, mostly East European who were absolutely lovely and obliging. Special mention of the Hungarian guy who was running the restaurant who was a happy guy and very helpful indeed. The reception and restaurant was like the rest of the hotel, spotlessly clean no doubt because of the efforts of the young male cleaner who ensured not a speck of dust nor a wayward crumb escaped his Henry Hoover!
