The excellent communication, from our host Caroline and the friendly welcome when we arrived. Fresh bread, jam and goodies added to this. Thank you😀 The lodge was so tastefully decorated and to an extremely high standard and smelt amazing.🥰 I love interior design and this was top class. Our 2 dogs were also welcomed and this just added to our relaxed stay. I have already recommended the lodge to our family and friends and will definitely stay there again.😃

Offering a bar and a restaurant, The Black Swan Inn is located 5.4 miles from the city of Norwich. We stayed one night after dropping our child at University of East Anglia. From the listing, it looked clean, well-located and a good value. Once we arrived we saw that it was SO much more than that. The hotel is absolutely adorable, with a perfect mix of modern and classically cozy. The room was well designed with all of the amenities you’d expect. The room was absolutely spotless (as well as the rest of the hotel). The staff was super friendly and the meals were ample, delicious and also a great value.
