It was spacious, well appointed, and in a perfect location. I cannot possibly recommend this property more. Best still, the host was extraordinary-responsive, kind, and generous. Truly, we cannot recommend this property enough; we hope to stay there again some time and would truly love to live there.

Just crashed and left in a hurry but it obviously was very comfortable place with many many niceties and minute details like pieces of unformation or great selection of hot drinks. Situated in Relva and only 8.3 km from Pico do Carvao, Vivenda Garcia B&B features accommodation with sea views, free WiFi and free private parking. Staying at Maria's place was astonishing. We were amazed by the hospitality which we enjoyed a lot. What we didn't expect was that Maria was happy to make us breakfast every morning (local and homemade products) and except that we were lucky that she shared her life experience with us. It was always nice to hear from her about her life. Maria is also extremely helpful so I would say nothing is impossible. The location was perfect either. Although right next to the airport, the aircraft were landing in like 2 minutes and the noise was gone (besides, the noise was much lower than we expected). The room we were staying at was spacious enough and we had a private bathroom next to our room. It is also good there's enough space to park a car outside the house. There's a grocery store 10 min on foot. Oh, and you can see the ocean from Maria's garden.

Set in Ponta Delgada in the São Miguel region, Casa da Relva features a terrace. Both free WiFi and parking on-site are available at the holiday home free of charge. Proximity to airport and car rental places as we did not want to take out a car at night (inspection purposes) when our flight landed and instead waited to the morning. As most people rent cars taxis are less common than at most airports. We were able to easily walk from the airport to the house andb later to the car place, around half hour leisurely. Very comfy inside bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. Excellent and clear instructions from the owner
