3B Boutique Hotel offers free Wi-Fi and parking. The property is a 5-minute drive from the city centre of Chiang Mai. the hotel is good. just my room forget the drinking water, I asked, they provided. staff is very helpful and help us and send us to airport for free. the location is good for early flight. I will stay there again. for the price 1650 baht/night for 3 beds, its reasonable, but plz add coffee and tea in the room. we can make coffee directly after shower.

There was a concert going on near the hotel when I stayed so they moved me with no extra cost to an apartment in the hotel that was further away so I was not disturbed by the sound!! So lovely! Solo female traveller and I felt super safe the entire time. Would stay again for sure! I only stayed one night as a transfer before moving into more permanent accommodation, wish I could have stayed longer!

The owners are very nice and it's close to the airport if that's important for you. Not a whole lot close by without a car. They picked us up from the airport and took us into town when we were ready. It's very comfortable and clean and quiet except for some lovely Birds. Beautiful home.

U-house Chiangmai features comfortable rooms with air conditioning and free Wi-Fi. The honesty and helpfulness of the staff. Only stayed there for a few days but it was better than paying money to a more expensive establishment and getting ripped off and disrespected.

As long as your phone battery isn’t flat and you have access to your email for instructions to find your room key, the self check in is pretty cool as you don’t have to queue or talk to anyone in person. The room was clean and comfortable and the area is quiet 😊
