The staff speak both Thai and English and are very helpful.

Staff answered all of our questions, were very helpful, and very attentive. Our room was very clean with nice bed linens. The breakfast was varied and generous, served in an attractive space. It was nice to have bedside tables with lamps. Staff arranged transportation to the Thai Loei Ban Kang Pla Weaving Group which we found interesting. We enjoyed the 8km walk back through the countryside.

Located next to the city park with pleasant garden views, Loei Palace Hotel offers spacious accommodation and recreation facilities including an outdoor swimming pool. My room had a beautiful Mountain View very spacious and very peaceful . The staff were very kind and professional .
