Bright and clean room in a nice homestay. Directly in the main area of Beigan with two 7/11 and near the airport (but still very quiet). Perfect location to walk to the big beach behind the airport where we were able to see many blue tears.

It's a good value for your money B&B. The owner's pick up at the port was really appreciable, especially when he played the 'tour guide' all the way to the B&B. He also drove us to the port when leaving. By the way, the owner has another B&B in the beautiful little village '芹壁'.

Just make sure to let them know ahead of time so you can be sure you get what you want. Also, the owners went out of the way to help us out during our stay. They picked us up at the dock when we arrived and then drove us to our ferry when we were leaving. Actually, lunch on our final day went long and we didn't make it back to the B&B until maybe 15 minutes before the ferry left. Instead of saying "sorry, you need to wait until the next one" the owner drove us (very quickly!) to the ferry, bought the tickets for us, and we just made it before it left. That's service!

Very nice breakfast - the hosts were accommodating for vegetarian meal preferences. The building has an excellent view looking out on the bay and nearby islands. The hosts were exceptionally helpful in providing rides to and from the Beigan airport, providing recommendations on transportation and food options across the island, and helping us arrange ferry tickets to tour Daqiu Island.
