The home was perfect for what we needed. We were going to a concert at Q Casino. Location was perfect. The home was clean and comfortable.

The Quality Inn hotel is conveniently located near many area attractions, including America's River at the Port of Dubuque, Diamond Jo Casino, Mystique Casino, Five Flags Civic Center, the Dubuque... Clean, quiet and reasonably priced. The breakfast was wonderful, especially the eggs and sausage. The attendant was very efficient.

There was problems when we got there they didn't book enough rooms on our reservation, but the lady named Heather made it 100% better. She was very, very nice and actually walked us to the room to make sure the key card worked because at first it didn't. I think Heather should get the customer service award. The lady named Kathy who appeared to be maybe a cleaning lady, and worked in the breakfast area was over the top awesome, accommodating and helpful also. The bar staff and the food was excellent that we ordered late night and they still accommodated. Of course we will stay there again we always do they rock.
