Located on O’Hare International Airport grounds, this hotel offers an indoor walkway to domestic terminals and the Blue-line train station, offering easy access to downtown Chicago. Resepsjonsstaben kan trenge et kurs i kundebehandling, det var en mann der som var hyggelig, ingen av damene. Vi var på 16 hoteller i Canada og USA, dette var det eneste hvor du måtte betale for wi-fi. Jeg måtte spørre 3 ganger for å få en ekstra pute, det tok til sammen 2 timer. Veldig små senger, 146cm. Flyplasstransport fra hotellet, som vi trengte kl. 12 på dagen, den begynte ikke før kl. 14. Flyr ikke folk på formiddagen?? De fant oss ikke da vi skulle sjekke inn, enda jeg sto med bekreftelsen i hånda og viste fram. Surr med frokosten, vi fikk ikke voucher, og vi hadde frokost inkludert, dette tok også tid. Beliggenheten var det eneste som var bra, men aldri mer tilbake til Hilton O'Hare.

The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean, and professional. Breakfast was great, our favorite was the make it yourself waffle. The location was great in relation to the airport.

Less than 1 km away from O'Hare International Airport and providing airport transfers. M. Easy access to airport, make sure you pre arrange the shuttle service to collect you from the airport, or call as soon as you get outside, we arrived at around 20:30, and after waiting a while realised the shuttle was not coming. It was all sorted with a quick call to the hotel.
