I had an accident on the highway an hour before I had checked in. When I told the manager he was so very helpful and kind. He allowed me a late check out the next day and then when I had to book another night and wait for my house to drive 14 hours to get me. He again allowed me to have a late checkout. Overall, he and his staff were very kind to me during a very stressful time.

The room design was just great, we were in the Western room, and really everything is designed like that - saloon doors, a shower within a watering can etc. Really cool. The room was cooled down when we arrived, unlike the hotel before - and this was very appreciated given the 105 degrees outside. We liked it!

Super clean well-appointed bathroom with good lighting. This was an Airbnb-type accommodation so we made our own breakfasts and one dinner in the most excellent, well-equipped kitchen. Internet connection worked quite well, so no issue there. Easy 20-30 minute walk to Idaho State University.
