Spacious, beautifully furnished apartment in a very good location. Very good communication and organization, we received all the information we needed before our arrival. The host thought of all the details, we really enjoyed our stay. Very well equipped for children, with a high chair, a toilet seat for kids and a baby bed.

We thought we were in a staffed hotel however it was an apartment with a key lock. At first that was a surprise as we thought otherwise yet our wonderful taxi driver called and found out it was separate. We walked into the cite’ via the drawbridge and it was easy to find. It was on the second floor of winding stone steps however once inside the balcony was excellent and open shower perfect all was new and high quality excellent location for being inside the core at night good restaurants and very quiet. The management was very responsive before during and after via online for arranging a taxi pick up at the train station and key info. They also booked the same taxi driver when we asked for our return two days later. So ended up being stress free once we figured it out. Very very restful in between activities.

Everything is more than perfect !!!!!!!!!! Drissia and Othman are the kindest and most thoughtful hosts I've ever met so far. They prepared EVERYTHING, no kidding, EVERYTHING just for your coming. Plenty of food ( all fresh), large and clean rooms, full kitchen tools & utensils, and flowers, etc. Strongly recommend !!!!!!!!!! Hope we will be back soon!

I LOVED this apartment. It is beautifully renovated two bedrooms in older apartment building. Everything is "just right". It has the appearance of an interior designer. Attention to detail for everything. It's spotless. Clean linens & towels are provided. The building is very quiet. The neighborhood is safe. Parking is very easy on either Alsace street or the diagonal parking spots along the canal. The streets are mostly wide in this area of town. No problems getting around if you have GPS. I walked 22 minutes to the Walled City. Glad I did. Great restaurant down the block. L'Opale. Staff made me feel welcome. Chef explained all menu items. ( In English).

The location at the foot of La Cité was perfect and just a short 10 minute stroll to La Bastide. The studio was so beautifully and practically finished. The hosts, Fred and Delphine, have thought of absolutely everything! They are the most amazing kind and considerate hosts!!! The history in the building itself is amazing. I felt so privileged to stay there! If I could rate it higher than a 10 I definitely would!

It is within a short walking distance of the old City and therefore quite convenient for visiting it. The interior thematic decoration is quite pleasant and enjoyable. The flat was clean and comfortable. The instructions provided for accessing and using the flat are well written, a parking permit was provided with the flat, which was a welcome surprise. Overall, I would recommend this flat for a short stay in Carcassonne.

Had a lot of character. Short walk from all the touristy areas, train station, shops and bars. Electronic key pad for the door seemed very safe. We were provided with 2 large fans that helped in the very warm weather. Blackout curtains and shutters made us to have very quiet, good sleep.
