the location of this property is fantastic. Within walking distance to Flynns Beach and driving distance to everything in Port Macquarie. It is a good size with a large kitchen, dining room, living room and a very comfortable king bed. The shower is lovely. We have stayed here several times and always request the same room as we love to sit in bed and look out to the creek/forest area out the back. Our request has always been granted.

The room/studio was amazing. The bed, the bathroom, the patio, the small kitchenette - everything felt really thought through and high end. Mandy was an amazing host, really responsive and catered for every wish. Her breakfast was amazing and she provided everything you could possibly need in the apartment. The location is also great - you can easily reach Shelly beach (the closest beach) in a 10-minute walk and you also reach the Port Macquarie coastal walk in 20 minutes, which is amazing. It is a 10 minute drive to the town center, which is very convenient. The location of the apartment is really calm and comforting.

The pool was nice on hot weather, the place downstairs was good and the host was actually really nice to talk to also. lovely couple. Facilities were great

A delightful little bungalow beneath the main house, this apartment was spacious, immaculately clean and comfy. Owners are gracious, filling the fridge with milk, juices, yogurt, etc., along with fruit and snacks, eggs and bread for a light breakfast. It's a ten minute walk through a rain forest path to the beach from here. Highly recommend this spot!

Garden level room had a fantastic view of the sand & ocean. It felt more like an apartment. Modern, clean, washer & dryer included, kitchen appliances, in the one bedroom suite. Private undercover garage space in back of room. Friendly and informative staff. Highly recommend!

Noah’s Beach house is just devine. So modern and it has everything you need. The owners have thought of everything. The beds and pillows were so comfortable. Great location being able to walk to the beach and shops.
