We stayed for two nights to check out on Puerto Plata. Staff was very nice and even send us all the stuff around like sightseeing spots, restaurants, etc. Breakfast was very good as well as the room (Junior Suite). The city is reachable within 5 minutes by car. Restaurants and supermarket can be reached by foot in only 5 min. PERFECT!

The hotel is an amazing villa, a huge old house with a beautiful garden and swimming pool. Kitchen can be shared which was great as we arrived late at night and ordered takeout. The pool is very nice to relax at the end of the day. The owner, Mrs Francia, is very friendly and gave us several tips for local tours.

The location was great. It is a 15 min walk to cultural centre of Puerto Plata and a 10 min drive to the cable car station. The apartment had a lovely balcony with a great view over the city and ocean. Juan and his wife both met us and gave us good advice about sightseeing, restaurants and other local information. They were very friendly and helpful and Juan spoke excellent English. The apartment was well equipped and it was good to have a secure parking space in front of to the apartment.

Everything. Clean modern updated apartment, fully supplied with everything needed. The host, Berta, was very pleasant and always available. She personally met us at early am hours when we arrived. She was ready to meet our needs at any time, and kindly provided us with all information that we needed for our stay.
