Stedet var fremragende. Personalet var meget serviceminded og svarede med det samme når vi korresponderede med dem både inden og under rejsen. Lejligheden var lige renoveret og var hyggeligt indrettet med en fin lille balkon. Der var ikke så meget plads, men helt normale forhold for Frankrig. Beliggenheden var helt idéel både i forhold til den gamle bydel, stranden - ja alt. Vi kommer meget gerne tilbage igen!

The location was perfect, literally on the beach and the tram stop is so close so you are able to move easily within the city and the neighbouring towns! Fantastic hosts that were very accommodative to anything we were requiring during our trip even providing us with recommendations for restaurants which we utilised throughout our stay! The property itself is beautiful, clean, spacious, and is a real home away from home - we especially loved the private outdoor terrace. Would recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to stay in Nice! Could not have been happier with our stay!

Skøn, ren lejlighed med fantastisk udsigt. Det er præcis som på billederne. Skøn strand (stenstrand - badesko kan anbefales). Meget sød kvinde, som afleverede nøglen og informerede os om lejligheden m.m. 5 stjerner herfra.

Roomy and comfortable, this apartment was delightful. It was an enjoyable stay in an authentic area of Nice, away from too many tourists. It was well equipped with plenty of storage. Top floor but there is a lift. Safe neighbourhood with a good coffee shop at the corner where the tram stops. We would stay here again. Good value!

From the moment we arrived to Villa Angelus we realized the perfect location of the property. The first thing we like about about Villa Angelus is its breathtaking surroundings. Situated in a tranquil neighborhood, offering a peaceful relief from the energetic city and the beautiful gardens create a serene ambiance, making it an ideal spot to unwind and soak in the Mediterranean sun. The villa's close proximity to the center and to the promenade is another feature. Also the tram and bus is another option. For only 15 euros you can ride any bus and any tram in the city for one entire week. Villa Angelus is perfectly situated as a base for exploring the region. The iconic French Riviera is at your fingertips, with its glamorous towns like Cannes and Monaco just by taking the train in one of the many terminals (the tram or bus will take you there). Villa Angelus offers parking and this is another positive highlight because parking is very expensive in Nice. I also have to mention Delphine. She is a very nice tenant and she will help you with pleasure on anything you need. She speaks perfectly English, Spanish and of course the stunning French language.
