we enjoyed it very much and had a great stay. The rooms were very clean, cosy and the Guest House is furnished with great attention to detail. The breakfast was great as were the biscuits and cakes. Rich and Katie are really great and caring hosts, we can highly recommend Seaview Sanctuary! We would love to come back again.

The cottage is simply amazing. Beautifully appointed, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay while on our visit to the South East of England. Will definitely be going back

Location, cleanliness, facilities. The apartment is furnished to a very high standard including a very well equiped kitchen. The views of sunrise a real bonus. Really can't find any fault and would definitely return . Lots of little touches that make it extra special

This was one of the best places we stayed. We entered the hotel around 8pm and was greeted by Gaynor, a lovely, lovely host who instantly made us feel at home. It felt less like a hotel and more like a home we were invited to. There are well-designed Eastbourne themed props decorating the hallway and you’ll appreciate every detail. Gaynor also cooked breakfast every morning—we were given a form that asks what time we would like the breakfast and had a variety of options(sides and vegetarian menu included) we can choose from. Our room was the only room on the second floor, and had a vintage English theme. There are plenty of towels, tray for shoes, 2 robes, iron and board, fridge, and amenities—there’s a tray of tea/coffee/hot chocolate with biscuits and an electric kettle. Everything you need is there, but we could also fill a form to ask for something if we wanted. Everything was so clean. Location was also excellent—3min walk away from the beach. There’s also a restaurant called the Beach Deck across the street that overlooks the clear beach view and has decent menu. Less than 15 minute walk away is the pier where you can take the hop on-off bus to get to Beachy Head and/or the Seven Sisters. Perfect stay!

The room was great and quiet. The bed was very comfortable for a single or twin bed. The owner and his mother who was assisting were very helpful and the breakfast was excellent😋

Beautiful property! Large rooms, great mattresses and in a quiet area of town. Very clean with great breakfasts. The hosts are amazing! We will be back!
