Utterly blown away by the attention to detail and lengths gone within the rooms to dater for guests every need. Refreshing to see no expense spared for the sake of comfort. Such an overwhelmingly positive and friendly experience that should I ever return to Torquay then there'd no doubt as to where I'd stay. Bravo from a former hotelier.

The property was exceptional , extremely clean and modern . The apartment had been furnished and decorated by the owners with extremely good taste and it showed throughout the building. We were greeted on arrival by one of the owners who was probably one of the friendliest hosts we have ever met. He showed us round and also explained how to get to the beach and town. The apartment could not be located in a better place and everything was nearby but it also felt like a quiet spot and there was plenty of parking on the street no matter what time you arrived. Confortable and lot of nice details to make stay more confortable like fridge, tea corner, shower kit. And everyday hot water bottle . Equidistant about 20-30min walk from hospital/retailers and city centre.

The apartment was small but very comfortable. We particularly liked the fact that it had a full (if compact) kitchen. The garden was lovely, and it was really close to a small cove that was less full of people than the main beach. Perfect for swimming late in the evening. Steve and Anne were great hosts. We really enjoyed our stay.

The location was perfect. A very nice area and an easy walk to the sea, town, Torre Abbey (best tourist attraction in Torquay) and train station. The hosts were welcoming. The breakfast was superb, plentiful and tasty. For a single room it was spacious with even room for an armchair and kettle facilities. Cleanliness was exceptional here.

the location was just what we wanted not to close to the busy town but close enough to walk to. upon arrival we were greeted by a really friendly host who showed us our lovely apartment which had everything you needed for a great stay really was a lovely clean apartment & the bed was that comfy we didn’t want to get out of it
