Easy check-in, good communication w/Laura. Comfy bed. Great patio and lawn, we used the v. efficient fridge to chill our wine, & glasses were provided. Room was super clean and very quiet & dark at night (good window coverings). Very short walk to the Sandy beach

Excellent location in the centre of Olbia. 2 minutes walking distance from the bus and the train station. Room was very clean and smells fresh all the time, coffee and snack are included as well. We stayed 7 nights here and we highly recommend this place.

The host Chiara was very welcoming and helpful. she contacted us before our stay to ensure we could ask for anything if we needed it. Upon arrival we were greeted and provided with info about the guest house and lots of recommendations of things to see and places to visit. The room was so clean and modern, and the bed was so comfortable. our room had a private little garden which was a sun trap. we could also access the shared bigger garden from our room. The value for money was exceptional. the location is slightly out of the centre of Olbia, but it was only a 15 minute walk to the centre. We hired a car for our stay and there was plenty of street parking available. we were then able to travel around the island and return to our amazing guest house when we were tired. Thank you so much Chiara. Our stay was perfect.

We loved the view and how homely the apartment felt - a great base for us as a family to explore the north east of Sardinia. It was close to the airport and car hire, with main roads in and out of Olbia very easy to access. We were able to shop at euro spin and travel to lots of beaches. The apartment is close to the marina for boat trips out snorkeling and seeing dolphins and A day trip up to aqua dream water park with the kids was also a great day out.

We had a great few days here. The key was left in the box next to the entrance, we were able to open it with the code discussed on WhatsApp, so we could occupy the room at any time. The highway is close, the city center is a 5-10 minute drive away. We were able to parking in the yard and also on the street for free. We felt very comfortable in the apartment, didn't lack for anything. I liked that the room was cleaned every day. Maria is kind and helpful. She doesn't speak english, but we solved the conversation on WhatsApp. Room is well-equipped, air conditioning, coffee maker, fridge...etc. Delicious breakfast, croissants and always fresh, delicious coffee. We were able to use a microwave and tools from the kitchen.
