Lokacija je res izvrstna. V neposredni bližini dveh najboljših predelov (Chiado-Baxia in Alfama). Apartma zelo lep in urejen. Čistoča na nivoju. Najboljše od vsega je pa zaposleni David Leote. Zelo prijazen in simpatičen fant, ki mi je pomagal pri usmeritvah glede prevoza do apartmaja in vsega ostalega.

Excellent breakfast buffet; helpful and friendly staff; very clean throughout and room serviced daily; coffee, water and cherry liqueur available on request at reception. Great location on the 28 tram route in an interesting Lisbon neighborhood.

It’s super comfy for group traveling. It’s in very centre and the same time very quiet. 3-5 minutes walk to the public transport. Highly recommended

Fantastic Location, very close to shops and restaurants. Metro on your doorstep as well as the Hop on City Bus. The rooms were spacious and the apartment clean. The staff were friendly and very helpful.

Central location, close to Rossio train and metro station + trams. 7 mins to the main square by walk. Ridiculously convenient!

Two bedroom apartment was comfortable and spacious. Great location and hotel is beautiful. Rooftop was one of our highlights, great for breakfast, afternoon cocktail or late night dinner after a busy day out. Street is noisy, so expect some “bullicio”.

The stay was phenomenal. The service from the staff was excellent. Special compliments to Marcos at the reception who was very kind and interested in helping with the choice of how to see the city, as well as compliments to Clara who is the PR of the hotel and a wonderful Fado singer who gives tourists an insight into the history and what Fado is. Every morning, the day begins with the sound of the piano and violin, so I recommend experience. The Palace Hotel has and is long owned by one family, and everything in the facility represents how it used to be in the old rich houses of Lisabon. It's like you're in a fairy tale.

Great location and view from our balcony. Rooms were immaculately clean. Hotel is in Biarro Alto so is very near to wonderful part of Lisbon. Above all else the staff were incredibly friendly and we were made very welcome. Definitely recommend staying at this hotel.
