This villa was exceptional, both inside and out. The photos cannot do it justice as the grounds were breathtaking. As someone who appreciates a beautiful garden, I found it hard to leave as there was just endless opportunities to appreciate its design by Fred and his wife. The stay was made even more amazing by Win and Tan, the two young men who visited daily to prepare breakfast and keep the place immaculate. Nothing was too much trouble and they helped arrange trips, taxis, meals, in fact anything we needed help with. They were discrete, attentive and incredibly friendly and we would thoroughly recommend requesting them to cook in the evenings. What a great chef Win is!

Visited the villa with 8 people for work and vacation purposes. Really enjoyed the place. Lots of air and room there and very cozy bed in the master room. :) Pool was big enough and clean, the housekeeping spoke English very well and helped us with the dishes and keeping the place clean. :) Small calm lake right next to the villa with some nice greenery and nature sounds. Villa is very close to the main road, only few minutes walk. Surin beach also on 10 min walking distance.

The chefs cooked every meal and they were amazing!everyone was so kind and respectful kana is amazing and helped us with everything ,we were so touched buy all the help we received we will definitely come back look forward to seeing you guys again!

I paid 650 thb For that price, the product was really good. > excellent staff (welcoming, helpful, prompt to assist when needed ) > amazing roof top pool, with a nice view, and nice pool on the ground floor, small but well equipped gym,... > small flat, with all commodities, nice deco, relatively clean (not perfect, but more than acceptable), various tv programs (including italian channel) > covered parking for my bike very happy with my stay there

We loved everything about our apartment in The Chava. It was the perfect base for our family during our time in Surin. The apartment was so spacious, spotlessly clean and very well equipped. It also had beautiful views of the mountains. The communal pool was also a great hit with my girls, and it was great having the poolside restaurant, which serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. All of The Chava staff were so very helpful and always there to welcome us with a smile. The location was also spot on, being only a very short walk across the road to the beautiful beach, as well various restaurants and shops. Communication with the owners was also so easy and they very kindly arranged our taxi from the airport for us. We definitely will be back and we would 100% recommend this apartment to others.

Absolute prime location, panoramic view unmatched, even from your bedroom. Great staff, very helpful throughout and everybody is responding instantly. I forgot the keycard inside the condo-within 20mins I had replacement. Fantastic value for money. Definitely coming back!

When we arrived, we had to wait about 20 minutes for the owner's assistant to bring us the keys. We arrived quite late after 9 pm, so the wait was justified. The room was very pleasant, clean, comfortable, only the door to the bathroom was hard to close. Apparently, due to the high humidity, the tree swelled and it was necessary to make an effort. We had cleaning done twice during the entire stay. We didn't pay anything on top of the amount withdrawn by booking. About the location: the beach is not far from 7 minutes on foot, but there are not enough good restaurants around to go for dinner. In any case, I recommend this great place!
